Contact
One address, and no contact form.
Everything reaches ops@cloudridge.im. A form either posts nowhere, which is dishonest, or posts somewhere and collects an IP address and a browser fingerprint you never agreed to hand over.

Commitments
What those numbers mean.
If you are a player, you are probably writing to the wrong company
For every service in the catalogue we are a processor. The studio whose game you play decides what is collected and why; we hold it on their instructions. We cannot delete your data on your say-so, because it is not ours to decide about, and a supplier that agreed to would be a supplier its customers could not trust.
What we will do is route your request to the right studio within 5 business days and tell you we have done it. If you would rather go direct, the studio's own privacy policy is the place.
Five business days
A substantive reply, not an acknowledgement. If something needs longer we say so inside the five days and give a date.
Thirty days
The period Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13 set for access and correction to information we hold as controller, which for now means correspondence and prospective customer contacts.
Security, same or next business day
A good faith report is never treated as hostile and never answered with a legal threat. Tell us before you tell anyone else and give us a reasonable window.
If we do not satisfy you
Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992. No fee, no lawyer needed, no permission from us.
Identity
Who you are writing to.

- Phone
- None published. A company this size cannot staff a line through business hours without either missing calls or pretending someone is there. Say in your first email if a call is genuinely needed
- On-call
- None. There is no paging rotation, because there is no production service and no customer relying on one. Advertising a 24 hour response we cannot staff would be the easy lie here
